Terms of purchase

In terms of the general conditions of sale, the Buyer is a natural or legal person who orders or pays for the delivery service of the product through the website.

By accepting the general terms and conditions of sale, the Buyer states that all the information he has provided are true and complete, that he is a business-capable, authorized credit card user, and that there are no known barriers to ordering and buying products, i.e. to purchase through the online bookstore.

Products are ordered by selecting an item from the online bookstore offer, by registering and passing through the order process.

Payment of ordered products can be done in the following ways: e-banking, general payment or in cash (on delivery). At the time of receipt of the order, Knjigolov will inform the Buyer via e-mail that the order has been received.

If the ordered product is not available at the warehouse, Knjigolov will notify the Buyer that the product is currently unavailable and notify him of the time limit for the product to be delivered.

If the product is ordered and a method of payment selected, Knjigolov undertakes to reserve the product for a period of 8 working days. After the expiration of this deadline, Knjigolov does not guarantee the availability of the product.

Ordering process:

All payments will be made in HRK (Croatian Kuna).

In the case of payment by e-banking and general payment, payment and/or interbank transaction fees are not included in the price.

The buyer has the right to terminate the contract in accordance with Article 45 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Complaints:

Knjigolov accepts all forms of complaint related to the mechanical defects of the product, i.e. books and other media, such as print errors, damaged cover pages etc. There is no time limit for the complaint, it is only necessary to prove that the item was purchased on the Knjigolov website.
